Yumi once worked long hours in banking and tried two insurance companies, but unstable systems and exhausting schedules made it hard to balance family life. After becoming a mother of two, she wanted a career that offered both flexibility and a clear future.

Encouraged by a former school friend, now her leader, she joined NGA and gave herself another chance despite past failures. The journey was challenging — rejection, doubt, and frustration tested her resilience. Through continuous learning and mindset growth, she realized insurance is not about selling, but about educating and helping families.

Within ten months, she achieved her goals and bought the car she once thought she could never afford. During MCO, assisting clients with claims strengthened her belief in this meaningful profession.

This year, she achieved her first MDRT — not by luck, but by persistence and discipline.
