I was only 21 when I first joined this industry. At that age, most of my friends were enjoying life and chasing their dreams, but I was already thinking about my future. I was working as an assistant accountant back then and my income had already reached its ceiling. I clearly know that unless I pursued further studies, there wouldn’t be much room for growth in that career.

But deep down, I knew one thing clearly: In sales, income has no limit. So I made a bold decision that I will never regret, stepping into the insurance industry. In the beginning, what’s in my mind was very simple, “the more I work, the more I earn.” But along the way, this career helped me discover a better version of myself.

These eight years have been a journey of ups and downs. There were times I stumbled, and times I wanted to give up. Yet every time, I reminded myself: “Give yourself one more chance. Since you’ve chosen this path, don’t quit easily.” Joining the NGA team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Here, I found not only a team, but a family, one that offers unwavering support and stands by you through every challenge. No matter what stage you’re at, the leaders in NGA are always generous in sharing their knowledge, guidance, and encouragement. They never hesitate to lend a helping hand, to guide you patiently, and to remind you of your potential when you start to doubt yourself.

Over time, with their mentorship and encouragement, I learned to trust the process. Slowly, I began building my own rhythm, my own confidence, and my own clients. That’s when I truly started to understand the spirit of NGA, a culture that celebrates growth, resilience, and teamwork. Then came a new chapter in my life, which is motherhood.

When I returned to work just three months after giving birth, it was one of the toughest transitions I’ve ever faced. Balancing family and career felt overwhelming at times. But with the love, support, and understanding from my NGA family, I told myself with determination: “This time, I must break through. I must achieve MDRT!”

In NGA, I saw that every leader had achieved MDRT, and even those preparing for promotion were on their way too. Since my goal was to become a leader, I knew I had to earn this recognition as well. Although I had two months less working time than others, but every day before stepping out, I reminded myself: “Just go and do it. Don’t fear the result.
No one can predict the outcome but if you don’t take any action, there will never be one.”

Finally, in September, I did it! I achieved one of the most meaningful milestones in my career — MDRT! Looking back, I’m deeply grateful to myself, for never giving up, and to every leader and teammate who inspired me along the way and to serve every client with sincerity. Because of that, I’ve gained not only professional success, but also the trust and loyalty of many clients who genuinely believe in me.

Because of that, I’ve gained not just success, but also the trust and support of many clients who truly believe in me. Eight years of persistence shaped who I am today. And on this path ahead, I will continue to choose growth and never give up.
