I’m from Teluk Bahang, a small village in Penang. Growing up as one of seven children in a modest family, I entered the insurance industry right after secondary school to support my parents and become financially independent.

Although I had been in the industry for 21 years, my performance remained average until May 2019, when I met my mentors, Edith and Lipson Ooi from Dream Life. With their guidance, I rediscovered my purpose and unlocked my true potential. Within just three months, I achieved MDRT, and I have consistently qualified for MDRT every year since, marking a turning point of growth and transformation in my career.
