The Company Customer Complaint Handling Unit is responsible for handling all customers' complaints in accordance with the Company's policies and guidelines.

 

This Unit is headed by the Head of Customer Service Department at Head Office.

• A daily benefit payout of RM 200 if kept in quarantine in any designated hospitals
• Compassionate Benefit for insured and family members
- RM 10,000 per customer; OR
- RM 15,000 per customer if he/she is a Medical Staff* working in a hospital
