Terms and conditions apply

  • Application must be submitted within the Campaign Period (both dates inclusive) and issued by 15 December 2020. The minimum Basic Plan’sAnnualised Premium (AP) is RM4,200 and minimum Face Amount for Beyond Critical Cover (BCC) / BCC+ rider is RM50,000 
  • Premiums must be paid via e-payment methods 
  • AP is not inclusive of premiums paid for MaxiSave 2, Regular Saver Top-up and Single Top-up 
  • The policy owner must acknowledge the receipt of their policy within 28 days after the delivery of the policy 
  • All applications must be completed with the following customer information accurately:
    (i) NRIC Number;
    (ii) Bank account details (Name of bank and account number);
    (iii) Mobile Number (to receive SMS notification once cashback has been credited) 
  • Each Insured will only be eligible for cashback on one (1) policy only 
  • Not applicable for any Replacement of Policy or Agent’s Own Case 
  • Policy must be in-force and premiums have to be paid-todate at the time of crediting cashback 
  • All cashback will be credited to policy owner’s bank account by 31 May 2021
  • Successful applicants are not eligible to participate in any other Manulife campaigns that are running concurrently
  • Manulife reserves the right to withhold the cashback if any of the terms are not fulfilled.
