Giving back to the community in which we operate is ingrained in our culture and has been throughout the company’s history. It is part of our commitment as an active and caring corporate citizen in Malaysia to help people lead better and more financially secure lives.

We have been actively carrying out CSR initiatives in our bid to create life-changing experiences not only for the less fortunate, but also for our employees through volunteerism.

RM 1 million Special Financial Assistance

From 26 February until 30 June 2020, Manulife will be providing financial assistance to customers diagnosed with COVID-19.
Benefits include:
• A daily benefit payout of RM 200 if kept in quarantine in any designated hospitals
• Compassionate Benefit for insured and family members
- RM 10,000 per customer; OR
- RM 15,000 per customer if he/she is a Medical Staff* working in a hospital
